The Waterford Manor Hotel can be "Exclusively Yours" for your wedding day for weddings over 100 people, providing total privacy and flexibility for your ultimate wedding. Exclusive use at The Waterford Manor Hotel guarantees total privacy of the main hotel with the Restaurant and Lounge areas being closed to non-residents and our 21 bedrooms being occupied solely by your guests.
The hotel has four delightful reception rooms, depending on the size of your wedding party, all of which overlook the hotel's beautiful gardens. Our Comeragh Banqueting Suite can cater for up to 400 people. This elegant room provides a large built-in dance floor and fully equipped bar. Our Bishops Restaurant, Conservatory and Garden Banqueting Suite are ideal for smaller wedding parties. The Garden Banqueting Suite is also licensed for Civil Ceremonies.
The Waterford Manor Hotel is arguably the perfect wedding venue for all seasons. One can have champagne, canapes and a string quartet reception on the patio overlooking the beautiful lawns during the spring and summer months. For something a little different...a fun BBQ with fruit punch and tropical tunes. The Wedding Menu can be tailored to your specific requirements by our Head Chef and owner, Pat Coughlan, who places particular emphasis on wholesome, traditional, fresh foods.

A wedding ceremony and reception in the privacy of your own private estate can make a beautifully unique wedding day.
Changes in Irish marriage law in November 2007 means it is now possible for civil marriages to be held at venues other than Registry Offices or Churches for the first time - subject to a number of conditions being met.
We are proud to announce that The Waterford Manor Hotel has been approved to facilitate Civil Ceremonies enabling more couples to design the wedding they want and in a place of their choice.
The Waterford Manor Hotel, with its extensive and private grounds can be an appealing alternative to the traditional weddings. The hotel's Garden Banqueting Suite is licensed for Civil Ceremonies. This pretty and stylish room can hold up to 200 guests and has patio doors leading directly onto the hotel's beautiful gardens. The seating can be easily divided to create a lovely aisle for the Bride. The wedding reception will be held in our Commeragh Banqueting Suite, which can cater for up to 400 guests.
To fully appreciate the Garden Banqueting Suite's dimensions and facilities, please do contact a senior manager and make an appointment to view the room and to discuss your specific wedding requirements.
Please note that you must have received written confirmation of the date on which your ceremony will take place before reserving a date at the hotel. The hotel will require a copy of this document, before your wedding date can be finalised.
